White Wine

ABOUTRipe fruit and citrus zest nose, hints of williams pear. Full with a hint of limestone terroir character. Rich, textured fruit flavours of citrus, peach and pear. A quite brilliant balance between ripeness and stony minerality. Fermented and aged in 30% new oak barriques for 18 months, this comes from the higher part of the Fussière vineyard where the poor soil is well suited to producing white wines.
